Music I listen to

Counting Crows - Mainly everything from This Desert Life and earlier albums.
Pink - Love her voice! Don't agree with everything she says, but I love her voice.
Nicole Nordeman - Such great story/songs. She's awesome!
Pretty much all gospel, Christian and country.
A tiny bit of rap, but not so much. I just can't seem to care about who people slept with, who they shot or how much money they have.
Basically, I'm a good chick to take on a road trip - I'll listen to anything and be happy.

Interesting facts about me

I'm a personal assistant for people with disabilities. I was an English teacher before that, and loved it! I love what I do now more, tho.
I can pitch a softball 56 mph, modified style.
I throw a punch like a boy.
I love Counting Crows, Cake Batter Ice Cream, Movies, Music, Writing, Billy Boyd (obviously) and linguistics!
I am an uber-geek, and proud.
Sometimes, when I laugh too hard, my eyes water like I'm sobbing and I get dangerously close to wetting my pants!

Hi Anna. You're so very welcome and thank you for liking my layout and posts. I try to stay positive although some days are better than others. I work with two autistic young adults and two with mild MR. It's never boring that's for sure. I'm glad you joined the BBB. It's nice to connect with other Billy fans and Penny and Elaine really do a good job at running the board. I hope to keep seeing you around. :-)

Hey Aurieanne. I work with a young lady who is has atypical autism and a condition called tuberous sclerosis, and also a young man who had viral meningitis as a child and is several mentally and physically disabled because of it. I'm never bored, either, and you're right, some days ARE better than others. But almost every day I feel like I'm making a difference, which is why I love it.

Also, it keeps me in perspective. My life is nowhere near as challenging as theirs are, not even on my worst day, and even when I feel like crap, they love me unconditionally. It's awesome to get to experience the world along side of them.

I agree with you about the board; Penny and Elaine are awesome, and so nice! Everyone's really friendly there.

Well, I have to go to bed sometimes tonight. Thanks for the note, and have a great day tomorrow.

    (er, today!)

Oh, I wouldn't bet he remembers you as an idiot. He probably is used to, on some level, people wigging out a little bit, in all forms, when they meet him. I would imagine no one is cool at that moment, not when you meet someone that you spend so much time lusting after them admiring their work.

I would LOVE to hear the story sometime tho.
